The rooms were very basic, could've used more shelving/dresser for clothes and proper means to use the closet for clothes as well, the staff was very helpful, bought some hangers for us to use when i asked for them, they always completed a request in a reasonable timeframe and was very courteous.

Front desk was pretty good. Didn't make me wait. Got to use some español. The Hotel was right on the corner of Quinta ave. with a little balcony overlooking. No fridge, hot plate and dishes. For the price it was good. Moved to next hotel as they were booked. Some older cabinets cracked tiles, cold shower, but other than that was clean and comfortable. Great location. A)C worked well for sun burn.

I had to leave after 3 nights and find better accommodations. Shower only dribbled water out, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, no room service for the three days I was there, got put on the 4th floor with only dangerous stairs to navigate. I am 80 years old and cannot climb that amount of stairs. The noise was unbearable till 2:30 in the morning. I saw bug crawling around at night. There could well have been bed bugs. Completely unsatisfactory.

The place is very cute and unassuming, a little hard to find at first but it’s there. Checking in was a breeze very quick friendly and efficient. Thank you Jesus. The area is great just off 5th and close to everything you need. That being said if you are a light sleeper don’t get a room with a balcony as it is rather noisy late into the evening. Wifi is spotty in my room as was the tv. Suggest getting a SIM card from OXXO for $100 pesos for 7 or 15 days and not have to worry about it wifi. Tv well I used you tube on my phone. The place is clean but would suggest a coat of paint on the table doors and kitchen cupboards as they have seen better days. Beds were comfy as were the linens blankets and towels. Lots of hot water and decent pressure. Only thing I would have liked was a fridge. Mini or full would be great. I brought a small collapsible cooler and bought ice from downstairs Oxxo daily to keep water n drinks cold. Suggest going left on 5th to 38th street then head towards the jungly area - lots of great places down here and a small beach area at the end of you keep going. Also a local art gallery worth checking out. Lots of restaurants much more worthy than a lot of those on the strip. Amates was a favourite of mine. Also another restaurant I think closer the 40-42and 5th was muy salsa best shrimp ceviche I have had in years and reasonably priced. Overall I liked the place but I also don’t do all inclusive as I like meeting the locals and eating different food

La ubicación es excelente, se encuentra muy fácil en taxi y caminando, cerca de lugares de comida y de la 5ta No me gustó la falta de limpieza, me tocaron sábanas con pelos y sucias de polvo y manchas. Éramos 4 personas y solo nos dieron 2 toallas, cuando pedí me indicaron que no tenían por qué la lavandería no pasó por lo sucio. Muebles, buró y piso con polvo y pelos, después de medianoche un ruido horrible como si estuvieran haciendo mantenimiento o desarmando madera, no nos permitió dormir un buen rato, el agua terrible tardaba demasiado en salir y cuando salía un rato tenías que apurarte para bañarte por qué se volvía a detener, fue incómodo para mí con menor ya que la tenía mojada con jabón y frío. Solo hice una noche, pero no creo volver o recomendarlo para estancias largas

Excelente el interior de la propiedad pero los negocios en las cercanías son de precios desproporcionados. 6 alitas, 650 pesos, por ejemplo Y la música en todos los negocios es altísima, hasta tarde No hay estacionamiento gratuito en la zona, son parquímetros
