"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Amazing trip LAGO really go the extra mile to make guests feel special (they decorated the room for a birthday surprise, with balloons and complimentary wine). We went half board this time and it was well worth it , the food is delicious and beautifully presented.
Everything is so clean and well kept with a really chill laid back vibe.
