"We arrived early due to flight times and the room wasn't ready. The hotel took my number and called me as soon as it was ready (3 hours before check-in time).. the hotel was really clean, room cleaned daily, close to everything friendly staff..couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommended"

"Hotel was in the perfect location, we had some delicious food in the Gastro restaurants attached to the hotel. Well worth hiring a Bali bed by the pool. Rooms fantastic, large and the living area had the comfiest sofa."

"Lovely hotel near old capital of Menorca. Beautiful pool area and always enough sunbed! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms very traditional but clean. A couple more sockets would help and modernise bathroom perhaps. Spa facilities lovely and clean too. Breakfast adequate with good selection and hot food to order but PLEASE get decent coffee machines as they were not working properly on 4 out of 5 days of our stay. Overall a wonderful holiday- highly recommended"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. We loved the weather, the beach, the pool, and the crystal-clear water—it was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Beach view was amazing and access to the public beach was great. Missed beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Also parking is extremely limited. Room was nice and clean but one issue was that the shower had half glass door so a lot of water came out."

Lago Resort Menorca - Villas & Bungalows del Lago

"We had a fantastic stay at Lago Resort Menorca Villas & Bungalows with my fiancée and our two children (aged two years and ten months). Villa number four was perfect for our family spacious, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Our two-year-old absolutely loved the outdoor space, especially seeing the chickens each day and playing at the small park. The private villa pool and bungalow pool were both cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were brilliant, friendly, and always did a great job. The facilities at Lago Suites and Casa de Lago looked amazing! The location was another huge plus. Being so close to the marina meant we had a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, making family meals and evening strolls incredibly convenient. The only downside was check-in. We arrived just after a coach drop-off and ended up waiting around 50 minutes to be checked in, which wasn’t ideal after travelling. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a superb holiday. Overall, an excellent family holiday that we would happily return to and highly recommend."
