"All of the staff we came into contact with were brilliant people, so helpful and friendly. There is a general feeling of genuine, caring all done in a professional way. We used the sauna and indoor pool etc only once but I commend it also. Breakfast was also ideal. Estephani was a beautiful advert for the image of the hotel. She helped my Spanish for daily greetings! The staff behind the hot plate gave us beautiful omelettes all done with a smile. Manu who works on the front desk deserves a special mention from me. I had not even realised that I had dropped my wallet with passports and cards etc outside of the hotel so I was very surprised and incredibly grateful when he knocked our door to return them. What a saviour I am so thankful. All in all we had a great time at the hotel "

"A great family-friendly hotel, everything is at a very pleasant level. High-quality organic toiletries in the bathrooms, daily wet cleaning of the room, and a restaurant offering a good selection of dishes and ingredients. There are daily activities for children (the large trampoline on the playground is a huge hit!) as well as a varied evening program with quizzes, concerts, and performances. The hotel also has several tennis and padel courts. Thank you for the wonderful experience!"

"Staff was so rude, room was broken. I checked in late around 6-7PM, and my room was weird. First, the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on. I went down to the front desk to ask for service, asking them to send someone over in 5-10 minutes since I had to re-park my car. David, the guy who checked me in, said to make it quick since his staff has to go home lol. I did. Staff comes up to the room and opens up the ceiling of my room to gain access to some electro lines or whatever. All good. Then I realize that all the outlets (charging plugs) are not working. Frustrated that this room is broken, I go back down and request room change since this room is clearly broken. David, the guy who checked me in and was there the whole time for my service requests, not once apologized. No sorry for inconveneience, no nothing. He just said that he can't change the room since if he changes the room and "another tiny thing" is not working, I will come back down to complain. So rude and condescending. I'm not sure how it is characterized as tiny that the entire bathroom light is not working and that the whole outlets in the room is not working that I couldn't charge my phone. So rude that I will personally persuade everyone who considers this hotel to rethink and book somewhere else. The serviceman was very nice, though he did not speak any English, he was kind and apologetic about the inconvenience. He ended up switching the room for me (I'm assuming he realized the outlet was not a quick fix). "
