"The suit was really good. Very clean, nothing to say, nice balcony. Only problem: the kitchen is a little small, difficult to cook a meal. Just some quick pasta, some eggs and that's it. No freezer in the fridge so do not expect to store icecreams or make ice cubes. Anyway, perfect for breakfast. "

"Reception was very helpful, as Expedia somehow let me booked a room for my family of four but the hotel only allowed 3 people in one room. Receptionist helped me solved the issue without me paying any extras and allowed us to stayed in one room. "

"We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!"

"Terrible experience last night unfortunately. That sliding window needs fixed. While your employee was helpful and understood, he should have offered to change the room when we asked and not after we had sorted alternative accommodation. Very very disappointed! No communication from management afterwards as promised."
