"Staff were really nice, the food was a great standard too. For some reason the rooms seemed to smell pretty badly of drainage/sulphate, that was the only bad thing"

"The room and hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast and WiFi were the only things letting the place down. Although the WiFi was free, it regularly disconnected and wasn’t fully accessible from the room. The breakfast wasn’t great. Although there was a variety of things to choose from, most were either overcooked or flavourless. I tried some churros that were very tough. I also tried some scrambled eggs and bacon but both were lacking in flavour and overdone. The hotel itself is very nice, just the food being quite poor."

"Excellent hotel with delicious food, spotless facilities and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the outdoor pools were a little cold. I would say that almost all of the guests were German but that did not bother us Brits at all. Having said that, we are not likely to return to this hotel as we didn't like Playa De Palma at all."

"A good, clean, and reputable hotel right on the beach in Palma. We were traveling with two children under the age of 4. The only thing that put a sour taste in my mouth was that due to the messiness of our room from our kids (toys scattered everywhere, crumbs), the hotel left a notice in our room threatening that our room would not be cleaned because of this. We have stayed in many hotels with our young kiddos and never received something like that despite our kids creating messes in the room. We weren’t staying here long, so we did not care to address it. The stay got the job done."
