"This hotel was amazing from top to bottom! The room was very clean, we had a side sea view which was lovely. The location is perfect, right on the beach & right next to supermarkets and restaurants. We were able to get some sandwiches and pastries from the one opposite and they were really tasty! The staff were really helpful as well, they advised on one of the days where it was overcast that the buses are full and taxis are ridiculously expensive so we we're able to rent bikes for 10 euros each all day and cycle into the city centre. They also recommended an area in the city centre for drinks and food where we spent most of the time there! The pool bar does amazing frozen strawberry daquiris & a really good club sandwich. Would 100% recommend!"

"Good breakfast. Convenient location to airport, tourist attractions and popular beaches. There is a beach within 5 mins walk and lots of restaurants near by. The only challenge is finding street parking, parking is not included."

"Upon arrival to de Playa de Palma IS, the staff made you feel very welcomed. The aroma of the lobby was breathtaking and you were serve a cold beverage while you wait to be checked in. Our room was clean and inviting, food options were vast and delicious. Daily activities for everyone’s enjoyment. The pool was cold although they said it was heated so we couldn’t enjoy and so was the beach but overall, our day was GREAT…"

"The staff at the hotel is excellent. I have the chance to meet them and they were nice, friendly and polite. Breakfast is abundant and well serve. The beach is around the corner. Public connect the hotel to downtown in 25 minutes."

"An impressive hotel which has been beautifully designed and finished to a very high standard. The pools were all excellent (rooftop jacuzzi a real treat), the landscaping and grounds were beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious and varied but it was the staff that were the highlight of our stay - everyone was so friendly and more than happy to help! Would recommend."

"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and there should be. I stayed at the hotel for 17 days and everything was consistently excellent."

"Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money. On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay. The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable. There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary. The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine. Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included."
