"A great hotel offering a central base for Playa de las Americas and Cristianos, both offering restaurants, shops and bars galore to suit all tastes. The hotel is basic but is always clean, comfortable and has lovely helpful staff in reception and pool bar which is very popular."

I’d like to give a special thank-you to Abelardo, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay and made the experience exceptional. We would gladly return — and hope to see Abelardo again on our next visit. "

"No AC. Must pay for use of fan. Deposit for fan, tv remote, and noise. There were cockroaches. They didn't tell us that we wouldn't get cleaning on 2nd day (nor garbage pickup). Noisy from street if you keep windows open at night. Nice pool but no pool towels. Not enough outlets. Location is close to bus stop, grocery store and Siam Mall. We won't stay there again."
