Hotels near Playa de la Zamora Chica

"am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the check-in process I recently experienced at one of your partner hotels. Upon arrival, the hotel staff insisted on seeing the payment receipts I had made to Expedia before allowing me to check in. The receptionist stated that he could not proceed with the check-in until I provided proof of payment directly from Expedia. I found this request to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional, as the hotel should have already received confirmation...

"The hotel overall is nice, parking can be an issue though and there's no mini fridge in the room to keep items cold. The staff overall was very good especially the two ladies that run the cafe who i recommend you tip and the reception desk Fernanado, and Lorimer who also suggested a decent low cost seafood restaurant called Varadero in Puerto Tazacorte. I woke recommend this place the breakfast was very good although the choices are not quite as numerous as very big hotels."

"Pros Beautifully furnished house. Plenty of utilities to use. Tastefully themed rooms. Good location for walks. Very good value for money. Cons Unfortunately, one of the main beautiful pictures of the outside of the house is not actually the same properly. Rather misleading. Our particular bed was very hard. Bathroom’s inconveniently placed on the far side of the house. Walk through living area to get to bathroom. Code we were given to open the inner door would not work. "

"El colchón podría ser mejor, pero la escalera de la litera no fue fácil. Sin embargo el buen rollo entre el staff y los huéspedes fue lo mejor. Ambiente excelente y muy acogedor. Los aguacates y naranjas (no de supermercado y de cortesía) deliciosos!"
