"We have been to this resort a number of times. It's certainly the best for comfort and location. Everyone is very friendly. It's a shame there is no aircon in the lounge area of the villa, however it is provided in the bedroom. I can't recommend this resort enough."

"We went in January for some winter sun, we were very much looking forward to our first family holiday with our 10 month old, relaxing by the pool. It was really disappointing and upsetting that we could not use the pool due to the extremely cold water temperature, I feel this is something that should be made clear to potential customers when they are booking, especially regarding the temperature of the baby pool. "All the staff were very helpful, especially Isabella for our dinners, always remembering our drinks! Very close to a beautiful beach. The bar staff are very talented making perfect drinks. The hotel has panoramic sea views, walking distance of shops. The grand tour by minute tours was an amazing day out. "

"Fantastic Stay at Jardines del Sol! We had a great time at Jardines del Sol. The villa was spotless, spacious, and located in a peaceful area — perfect for a relaxing break. The pool area was very well maintained, and the on-site pool bar and restaurant served excellent food with friendly staff. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach and supermarket, which was easy and pleasant. If you enjoy walking, there’s a lovely coastal path that takes you to a larger beach and more shops in around 25–30 minutes. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort and a quieter location, and don’t mind a bit of walking. "

"I have been staying at the Hotel LIVVO Volcán, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, several times a year for over 20 years, as indeed have many of the hotel’s returning clients. The hotel itself is beautiful and the cuisine at breakfast and dinner is outstanding with a vast array of options to suit every palate and all dietary requirements. The staff are delightful - warm, welcoming, caring and most helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Many have been there for years, a testament to the hotel’s culture and environment. It’s my ‘happy place’ and where I always say ‘my soul is at peace’ - indeed, I feel blessed to consider it my second home. I have just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday and I’ll be going back again in November. What more can I say? - I absolutely love it! A huge thank you to all the staff for another memorable stay. See you again soon! "
