"The bedding in the room was stained and when looking for a missing necklace we pulled the bed away from the wall and once seeing all the dust, garbage, and unmentionables, we quickly pushed the bed back against the wall. The breakfast was sub-standard including the coffee. The appearance of the staff was unprofessional, no uniforms and having multiple facial piercings which were quite distracting. The dirty pool was closed for the season. The unknowledgeable front staff member told me ‘I could swim in a cold pool if I wanted’ when I asked about the pool. Additionally, the water was to be shut off Saturday from 10am - 3pm, the time frame we planned to clean up for our afternoon event. We were not notified of the pool closure or water shut-off when checking in. Because of lack of room cleanliness, the pool closure, lack of water for hours during our stay we requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and opted for another LaQuinta, one which we are more familiar with. The shift manager was unapologetic and insensitive to our concerns, only offering a one night refund, instead of not offering a full one night refund and a second night refund less a late checkout charge."

"The hotel was being renovated, and this was not noted on the Expedia Website when we booked. We checked into our room, unpacked and found that the TV did not work. They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. We were traveling with other family members and had a total of 4 rooms - all of us had issues with our key cards not working and had to have them replaced a few times over 2 days. One room was right over the front doors and our family could hear the doors open and close all night. When returning from an event around 11pm there was a fire behind the hotel. We brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and were told that the "construction workers are having a cookout"...at 11pm! There were other hotels in this area and I regret my decision to stay here."

"The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."
