"The hotel was clean, and all of the amenities worked as expected. The staff was pleasant, and the overall stay was fine. The beds were a bit too soft for my preference, and the chair in the room showed noticeable wear with frayed upholstery. Other than that, it was a fairly standard hotel experience—nothing exceptional, but it met our basic needs for the stay."
