"The room was fine although there was a really bad odour / musk smell all through the floor of the hotel that was really impossible to avoid. No matter if you opened the windows. I asked to move rooms but they weren't able to. Wouldn't stay here again. Disappointed."

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Guardamar with everything on it's doorstep. From the Reception staff to their Housekeeping, from the Bar Staff to their varied menus absolutely everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable, free WFI and TV with 3 English channels plus a fridge. A kettle was available if requested at Reception. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely solarium with plenty of beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again"

"The reception staff are excellent. They are always pleasant and very helpful. Elena and Jazmin went out of their way for us. All the staff around the hotel are polite and friendly. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 12 because it was so good and in a great position to explore the area on good roads. "
