"I was not given a lake view. Instead I had a view of a large construction site and the Gare de Neuchatel. The room was clean, but for the price, I should have had a lake view. I am rather discontent overall of my stay here. "

There is a concrete flower pot on a parking place not marked very low you do not notice it until you hit it and damage your car.
