"Il manquait un oreiller avec sa taie. Il a fallu que je descende deux fois pour avoir de quoi dormir. J’informe qu il manque l oreiller. La personne m’informe qu il y en a un sur l’armoire. Je redescends pour avoir la taie d oreiller car il n’y en avait pas. La température de la pièce à 22 degrés était un peu élevée"
