We came back for a second year with our 2 boys and loved our stay yet again. We were given a free upgrade to a superior family mezzanine room which was a fab start to the stay. Our balconies overlooked the harbour, our favourite pool and the mountains behind. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as it was last year, the pools were always accessible and never overcrowded and the safety of the resort meant we were never worried about the boys (10 and 12) going between beach and pool. The room was ideal for our family. The hotel is situated in the middle of loads of family friendly restaurants all serving delicious food and we were able to rent a car for the day easily, with access to the hotel’s free parking also.

Hotel was really clean, food lovely and can cater for all. Did not feel this hotel was value for money. Limited day time activities and a DJ once a week which was awful. For a 5 star hotel it should have better options for the evening. Also sevixe in dining rooms was poor.

Loved the room and the view we got. View to the lounge bar and the adult pool. Very nice. Loved the service from the bartender at Hermes lounge bar, he was so kind and gave excellent service! Worth visiting and chat with him!🌸 Also the location was perfect, close to the beach and the night life in Platanias ❤️

The hotel is in a great location and has all the amenities necessary for a family holiday. Was disappointing that there was absolutely no guest/ customer service. All inclusive is terrible and confusing along with the processes and systems the hotel has. Such a shame for a property that could be amazing. A let down for our family holiday and won’t return in future.

Pool in the room was great!!! Staff is excellent. Amaryllis was so helpful and kind. She was so patience in booking our excursions. The only thing I would like to see if blue walls or tiles around the outdoor pool in our room. The beige is blah but otherwise we had a ball.

Nice holiday with kids

We were traveling with two families, children 4, 5, 7 and 7. The hotel was great! Lots of great pools, great location and really nice two bedroom room. Animation team, which was responsible for the program and especially children / kids club was great. Our kid spent 1-2 hours each day (except one) in kids club and also joined the mini disco in the evening. There were lots of great people in the animation team and our kids loved those people there. There are also really many nice restaurants near by. I can only recommend and we are already planning another trip there next summer.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent.

Great food, great beach, clean and modern hotel

We stayed for four nights with all inclusive. Excellent buffets - three meals a day. Beach is very close and very kid-friendly. There are snorkelling opportunities along the stone pier on the left side of the beach. We also took a two-hour boat excursion to the nearby island, which is recommended. In general, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Rooms are modern and clean, we had a maisonette for four persons with a small balcony. Just a few areas of improvement: a) the safety lockers should be included in the price, b) there were very few power outlets in the rooms for charging and there were nowhere to hang towels in the shower room. c) it would have been nice to get a few water bottles daily to the room, as part of the all inclusive deal.

Overpriced Hotel with Hidden Extra Charges

First of all, the hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid. Many services that should be included in a five-star hotel came with additional charges here. For example, even if you are an all-inclusive guest, you still have to pay 5 euros for one sunbed on the beach. Access to the indoor pools and sauna costs 20 euros per person, and the water park is also an extra charge. They told us that beach towels could only be changed every two days. Moreover, one of the reception staff members (not all, but this one in particular) was extremely rude. For the price we paid, we essentially just got a bed to sleep in and breakfast.
