"Very beautiful property, room was spacious , food was good. Front desk Staffs are okay. - they did their job but not as welcoming or accommodating as staffs in other resorts in Carribean. And don’t expect early check in, the front desk have us wait till 3pm to check in ( I guess the room was ready before check in , I was waiting at the lobby, but they didn’t notify me the room was ready until I ask them if it was ready at 3pm. Restaurant staffs were really nice and excellent service. I think I will not come back to Costa Rica, rather go to DR or Cancun for my next trip. I recommend this resort who are planning to visit La Fortuna. "

"Nice and clean room, Bed is comfortable, Receptionist helped book our shuttle service which is excellent. Breakfast is tasty, location is very convenient. We love to come back again. "

"The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive. "

"Everything was great. The pools and hot tubs were clean and uncrowded. The room was fantastic with a great volcano view and the staff was very helpful. No kids running around added to the experience. "
