"There was an issue with disturbing nearby guests who got unto verbal abuse on me at telling them to behave as they were extremely noisy late at night. They did not comply with the house rules. It ought to have been they were permanently barred from the hotel due to this. This should go without any prompt from my side. But the staff said nothing about it other than the usual sorry saying. They just sent someone to "talk to them". Result: These thugs stayed for one night, they are welcome to come back. I stayed for three nights and will never come back. The staff at Grand, you need to reply to this message. Just change your policies to bar people that misbehave."

I initially tried to ignore it, hoping it would eventually dissipate. That evening, I went out for a massage, thinking the smell might improve by the time I returned. However, when I came back, I felt very thirsty and drank the water provided on the counter. As I opened the refrigerator cabinet, I was shocked to find a small cockroach inside. This made me extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. I immediately contacted the service desk to request a room transfer. I would like to commend the manager on duty that evening, who responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. He ensured that I was transferred to another room and made every effort to make me feel comfortable and safe. Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and care shown by the staff, especially the manager."
