"Large rooms, comfortable beds, amazing hotel gym, very nice breakfast buffet. Get a massage at the spa! It was ~$30 usd for an hour and great. I should’ve gotten one everyday. 2pm tea service in the lounge was more than I expected: mini sandwiches and several dessert, served in tradition of high tea. We rented a conference room for a meeting and it was good. I drank water from the bottles they put in my room, the gym cooler, and the restaurant and never had a problem. Staff was prompt and responsive to requests. My only critique is the furniture in my room was a little beat up/ tired (specifically the couch in my room). I would definitely stay here again."

"We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to my in-laws’ place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent hotel in the area. It’s also close to SM Fairview and walkable when the weather is nice. The hotel is clean, but don’t expect the same amenities or standards as a larger hotel chain. The bathroom is quite small and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The towels are old and no longer really white, and they don’t provide face towels, so I recommend bringing your own. The hair dryer in our room also wasn’t working, so I had to ask the front desk for another one. When we asked for fresh towels, they could only provide bath towels because their laundry delivery hadn’t arrived yet. Overall, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel was clean. With some improvements to the towels, amenities, and room upkeep, it could be a much better stay."
