"I was reluctant to stay here because of some of the poor reviews, but we took a chance. This place is perfect - and the location - directly across the street from the Straz Center, couldn't be better. The restaurant is good and convenient, there's a little shop with snacks and microwave meals. Though the halls maybe were slightly dated, the room was modern and perfect. Don't let the poor reviews deter you. This place is a gem and we'll be staying here in the future. "

"The hotel had a nice bar/restaurant downstairs. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But be aware, there's no self parking and parking is $50/night."
