"We absolutely fell in love with this place! Bungalows were impeccably clean, small but space effective. With three kids we appreciated having two bathrooms. Lovely surroundings with tall shady trees and flowery bushes. Great breakfast, we opted to add breakfast when booking. It is not a buffet but you can order anything and everything off the menu. "Very central location - the beach was a 20 min walk, historic sites were a 10 minute walk, plenty of amazing restaurants all within walking distance. Our room was lovely and comfortable. "

"We loved this apartment! The communication with the host was fantastic including instructions to enter the building and a video to help. The space was so clean and bright. We loved the balcony outside the apartment with two chairs to relax and gave a drink. At night, it was so quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place!! "

"We loved the rooftop suite deck. There was no living room or kitchen but the morning breakfast was phenomenal and the place was very clean and safe. The staff was outstanding!!! Proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery was great. "

"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"Simply put, this hotel is the best in split. It’s in the middle of old town, everything is walkable. The hotel is kept in immaculate shape. Everything in it is upgraded. The rooftop is amazing it gives you spectacular views of the city. The staff is unmatched. I never write reviews but this hotel definitely deserves one. "

" Heritage palace varos - Stayed 2 nights. Beutiful hotel set in the old town close to harbour and centre. We stayed in the annex which has its own door onto the street, these rooms are stunning. Room had well equipped and good size bathroom with shower. Fridge and Tea and coffee making facilities, you will need your own coffee and milk as there was only fruit tea on offer. Plenty of supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. With the location being so central you have many restaurants available to choose from. Uber from Split airport took around 40 minutes and cost xxxx We did not have breakfast added to yhe room which is around €20 each. Staff are extremely helpful, would definitely visit again. "
