Donât believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely âindoorsâ much less âair conditionedâ. "Staff and owner are AMAZING! Best customer service anywhere on our 18 day trip. Breakfast was FANTASTIC, location looks odd but is in a perfect spot just off the square. Police presence 24 hrs a day every 2 blocks. Very safe. Exchanged dollars for Reals at the hotel and they gave a very fair rate. Love this place! "
