"I actually didn’t stay at the hotel because when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation we made through Expedia. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful but there was nothing they could do as they were full up due to a wedding. We ended up at a nearby Marriott and got a full refund from Expedia. "
