Plano hotel rooms a the Americinn

"Always check to see if there’s construction going on in the hotel. They’re updating all the rooms and didn’t let us know and we had to live through all the noise and the loud worker staying at the hotel. Irritating and they were very rude."

"Clean room, lots of space. Very good breakfast. No body lotion or microwave in the rooms so I missed those but the spacious room made up for it "

"The bed sheets had stains. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The air was working. Just didn’t feel comfortable nor safe."

"It was a disappointing stay at this Marriott. It does not live up to the standards you expect from Marriott. The property and rooms are out dated. Cleanliness is the main reason I choose Marriott and this location was... lacking to say it nicely. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm and had to wait an hour to get our keys, then we did not receive the room I selected when placing the reservation. When I spoke with the staff I was told they were too booked to give me a room that would accommodate us but after I pressured them they gave me another room that suddenly was now available. The room we got smelled like cigarettes, had stains on the comforter and the rest of the room was not Marriott clean. But yeah Breakfast was good.... Very disappointed in my stay at this hotel"
