The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Very nice hotel! Rooms , spa and common space renewed. Everything was extra clean. Location very convenient . Receptionist friendly and helpful. Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep. We will be back!"
