"The family and staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was a 15' walk from the town center but there was a shuttle that would transport you to the lifts or town. Rooms were nice, breakfast was fine, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect after a day's skiing."

"Parking and EV load options are not very close to the hotel and need explanation/directions. Breakfast is wonderful. Smashing location. If you don’t like modern art, do not bother. "

"I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help. A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day ! "

Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "
