"I traveled with my 93-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair, and found it impossible to secure a handicap-accessible room with two beds. Although we were assigned a room on a "medical floor," it lacked essential grab rails near the toilet. I was informed that none of the rooms in the hotel are equipped with toilet handrails, which is unacceptable for an accessible facility. While the shower was properly equipped, the lack of support in the restroom is a significant safety oversight."

"I had arrive around 1pm and requested an early check in if any rooms were available. I also paid a fee for this assuming the room I was going to be given was check in ready. Unfortunately the room wasn’t properly cleaned the restroom was filled with urine all over the floor and the smell was very strong. I proceeded to inform the front desk staff who was rude and insinuated we possibly caused that mess. It would be helpful to have honesty next time if they really didn’t have any rooms available for early check in or ensure the managers are double checking these rooms. The pillow linens were stained and overall the cleanliness was just not acceptable. Valet during the day was also not very pleasant and had an attitude when bringing the car around. I would recommend staying elsewhere in this area."

"Bi- lingual staff, one speaks Japanese they all remembered me by first name Delicious, cooked to order, healthy breakfast Slippers and bathrobes in the room Quiet and secure room with a view of a magnificent pool and spa. A beautiful succulent, cactus garden A food court with many delicious choices and most important east access to the border and airport"
