"Beautiful property, lovely pool area, and very friendly and helpful staff. Easily walkable to some beautiful beaches. The rooms are updated and very comfortable; we had a cute balcony looking over the pool. An added bonus is the private parking area. Would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Juan Les Pins. "

"The location is fabulous 50 yards from a public beach. We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the water. Great breakfast which went to 11 am for those fighting jet lag. Nice garden to sit in and read. Super friendly staff who were very helpful to my traveling compaion who was recovering from hip surgery. "

"Good room, nice roof top bar. Comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Unfortunately up a hill from railway station. Refused ground floor room that wasn’t nice, first floor room very good"
"It was so hot in the apartment it was almost impossible to sleep, they have locked the air con at 22c which didn’t filter to all the rooms so was not actually that temp, bird mess all over the outdoor furniture, poor communication, stains on sofa pillows, whole place looked really worn out and tired, flooring was very rough, warm water from the shower took literally 8 mins to even start to get warm. Cracked wine glasses in cupboard, one of the parasols was broken and WiFi was poor, oh and hidden cleaning charges are in the small print, also a massive deposit required which is crazy and have not experienced before.
