"Friendly and very helpful staff and clean"

"A beautiful suite for the two of us right on a fabulous sandy beach. Beautiful views over the bay to Cap Feret. Easy to walk in either direction to beach bars for a drink or snack. A real treat to have a hot tub all to ourselves. It was a thirty minute walk into Arcachon for a bigger choice of shops and restaurants. Walking on the road on a hot day felt like quite along way. Would love to come back but will definitely hire bikes next time to make the journey easier!"

"When we first got there, I was a bit skeptical as it's located next to the highway in a huge attraction park area. We actually had a great time in the hotel. Lovely decoration, super friendly staff, room was large and nice with a small terrasse and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back."

"Villa was good but felt are around was very quiet but lovely Tried to go out for drink locally but places insisted upon eating food which we did not want to do so didn't bother don't like people hasling People at Villa tip rate and the area is very nice will be back but may try somewhere where the bars are not so fussy about people drinking not wanting to eat all the time The condition of peppery was exceptional apart from air condition which we could not stop "

"Nous avions réservé l’hôtel pour une visite de la région. L’accueil était très bien. Cependant la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer.(prise casée, murs sales, ampoule cassée, plaintes tombées.. ) les lits sont corrects. Petit déjeuner moyen. ( pas frais) Piscine pas entretenue. Lieu avec potentiel, qualité de service à revoir. "

"Il s'agit d'un logement AIRBNB avec une boite à clefs alors que je ne séleccionne que les hôtels avec service. Prise du logement à 16 heures et à 18 heures plus personne ne répond au téléphone, car la responsable se met aux abonnés absents. Aucun moyen de savoir se connecter au Wifi. Ce qui ne change rien parce que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la 5G non plus. Emplacement près du port mais aucun commerce de proximité. Décoration très cheap : carrelage bas de gamme, petite douche, petit...
