"The 18+ pool was broken and wasn’t available the whole time we were there. The water was murky and icky. The Food Hall had a good variety of options but there were very few of them open."

"We enjoyed our room. The outdoor pool was nice, but the hot tub could have been a bit warmer. The staff was super nice at all times. Breakfast was adequate, it was good for what they provided, but I would have appreciated a few more options, like yogurt, bagels or oatmeal."

"this was the first IHG that used a coffee machine to make coffee, not the hot pots… not as good a coffee as other IHG … the food was good, but package oatmeal not so much… prefer the hand made. T service lady was great, even when people were complaining loudly. The bathroom TP supply was always minimal, asked for a roll during the night and had to go down and get it ourselves… Very hard to get hooked up to the wifi with apple products… even the office guy had some problem. This was the 3rd bad experience with IHG hotels… will double check other hotels and make a decision from our expanded research, no longer our first choice …"

"Our room was good. I really liked the sheets and bed, slept good. Def worth the price . The view was from the courtyard which was nice. We didn’t use the pool ran out of time. Fridge decent size in it. There is a DG & nice Goodwill across the street. Many restaurants etc surrounds it. The restaurant meals looked good but we didn’t eat. I got a medium black coffee and a small chocolate milk and it came out like $12! So you might as well go to Starbucks right down the road or Dunkin’s. Check out Miami street w all the shops. Also beaches are close to drive to like within 10-15 mins. Would stay again. We didn’t want to spend a lot as we wouldn’t be in the room much so if you want something on the cheaper side without the frills stay here."

"It feels like a very pleasant place, the people are very friendly, and the place is pet friendly, which I liked. I thought it was excellent that I didn't have to pay for my dogs to spend the night because most hotels charge for the dogs stay as well. Breakfast is good. I only noticed a faint smell—I’m not sure if it was like cigarette smoke—a slightly strange odor in the room whenever I entered. I think it was coming from the carpet. A very good place to spend a few days "
