"Pros :: ▪︎ clean ▪︎ comfortable ▪︎ hotel personnel are exceptional: professional, very nice and extremely helpful. Front desk, housekeeping, and anyone i interacted with- ALL were excellent. - any issues were resolved timely - any requests or needs were taken care of - someone was always available for questions, directions or anything else: they listened and responded efficiently. ▪︎ grounds are well kept ▪︎ great breakfast setup both hot and cold options ▪︎ excellent to have a refrigerator and a microwave in addition to the coffee maker. Cons :: ▪︎ I would prefer drawers for my clothes. I don't like putting my clothes on shelves. ▪︎ nowadays, all hotel rooms should have a room safe. It's usually in the closet and small."

"Property excellently maintained. Early check in not a problem. Beautiful location. We lost our second room key, the replacement key did not work. We only received one thick bath towel. A male room cleaner in the hallway gave us a second towel (he did not speak English). We placed the do not disturb sign on our door. He came later when we were out (do not disturb was on the door). He straightened up the room but took the towel back? We will return as customers, it was a very relaxing stay."

"Weekend family get together at the resort, the room was impecable, level blue rooftop pool was incredible, service and attention was on point. Harbor yards food hall was amazing, delicious food. Had dinner at the Stretto delicious. The resort was unbelievable we are planning our next stay already."
