"I do not recommend this location. It felt more like I lived in an apartment building. Stayed there for three nights and the first night they placed me in a room adjacent to the elevator. I asked to be moved before I stayed the first night and they were kind enough to accommodate me. They moved me to a room that had connecting room. The occupants of that adjacent room were very loud and had no regard to others staying at the hotel. Lots of laughing shouting and singing. I complained to the front desk about the seeing at 11:00 p.m. and they said they would deal with it. But the next night it was the same thing. As it turns out many of the people staying there are construction workers from the project going on next door. My room constantly smelled of the aroma from their cooking. This is an extended stay Hotel with a kitchenette so I expect they would be cooking. But the scent was nothing appealing to me. If you want to have a good night stay then you need to avoid this place. This place is more of an apartment building. It seemed like there was overcrowding in many of the rooms.
The hotel room felt clean overall. The location was fine. And the staff were fine. But my employees who have been staying at the Motel 6 next door have had zero complaints and it's about half the price.
I want to add that they do not have an ice maker and the ice maker in my full size refrigerator did not work even after they worked on it. The only breakfast option was pre-ordering Frozen breakfast food"
"Really lovely room. It’s nicely appointed and the bed is Comfortable. Yeah it deserves a cap. ;) And there’s so much great food options just around The Wren too so that made our stay extra memorable. "
"It was nice. Nothing extra special. Paid extra for a balcony room, thinking it would be on the river. It wasn’t. Our Balcony overlooked the street. Hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke. TV channel options were minimal. Not worth the $200. Plus, $20 to park in the parking lot. "
