"For sure one of the best premises in Poland. Outstanding in any kind of service. Very helpful and professional staff. Amazing Pool and Spa Area. Good food in both restaurants with wonderful views to the Lake side. Spacy and quiet with lots of places to relax or to work. Nice rooms with all armenties. ONLY: its not appropriate to knock every door by 9 in the morning to ask for roomservice. This should be stopped. "

"It may be hit or miss with the unit you are in. The furnishings in our unit were quite basic but for the most part met our needs. However it was annoying that our unit did NOT have shutters or blinds to block out the morning light. There were shades but they were not effective in blocking out the light early in the morning. I did notice that other units did have “rolety” or exterior shades to block out light but not ours.
The staff are all eager to please and very friendly. Plenty of stuff to do...
