Front desk staff were great and very friendly. The hotel itself is what you pay for so can’t complain much however the rooms walls we’re dirty, sheets and blankets had stains, broken parts in bathroom were just laying on the floor, the air conditioner and fridge were so loud could barely sleep and the room smelt like mildew and smoke. Again tho, price is very affordable so was worth tolerating.

The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. The free continental breakfast was ok at best but again it was free so can't complain too much about it.

Check in was fairly smooth, just a minor dialect problem with understanding each other. My only complaint is the breakfast dining area was not suitable for several guests at once. The breakfast area did not have a good flow pattern and seating was in short supply. In my opinion, they could have created an overflow area out into the lobby without being disruptive to people checking in or out. Coffee was in short supply and when I reported that regular was out, they said the decaf carafe was the same coffee! What if someone couldn’t drink caffeinated coffee for a medical reason? That was concerning.
