"I had to try my key several times before the lock turned green and I could enter. Once inside, I found that the smoke detector was beeping. A maintenance person came and fixed it immediately. The air conditioning in the room was great, very effective. The TV was amazingly large (48") and WIFI was included with no password. I brought a double USB "brick", and it was easy to plug in my devices. The bed was quite firm and the covers were heavy. Not my favorite covers. There was an excellent office chair. The corner chair looked shabby. I didn't use the pool or stay for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would probably stay there again. I was happy to find a traffic signal at the junction with Rodi Road, so it was easy to exit."

"The staff was amazing and super nice. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate that! Also visiting baseball fans: It’s a two minute walk across the street to the train which takes you free right outside PNC. Can’t beat that. The pool is very cool looking. Better than most out there. But it needs to be maintained better. The tiles around it need to be scrubbed down as does the wall around the pool itself. There is a panel on one of the glass roof gondolas that is cracked pretty bad. Highly recommend an air blower running to keep standing water from forming. It’s a good pool that would be great with a bit more maintenance. The bathroom was an issue too. The shower had no slip proof decals or a mat and it was like showering standing on wet ice or glass. Very slippery. The exhaust fan needs maintenance. The ice machine on our floor was really dirty with something splattered on it. That’s a super quick fix. To be fair we didn’t report that and if we had I’m sure it would have been tended to quickly with that amazing staff! Parking was perfect! Valet great. Affordable pricing. The staff was so helpful and the location so perfect it’s hard not to want to return. Thank you again for making this stay enjoyable."

"The hotel is located close to many city/state office buildings, but when those people go home for the day, the area gets quite deserted and eerie, and the main attractions are about a 15-minute walk away. Once inside, however, the staff were very professional and helpful, and my room was spotless. That said, my room did not have an exterior view but rather one of the airshaft, which was not disclosed at booking. The layout of the room was also odd, as the light from the hallway as seen at the bottom of the door was visible from my sleeping position, so bring an eye mask just in case if you're staying here. The K-cup machine was a nice touch in the room, and there are lots of places nearby to get a quick and inexpensive breakfast, but most of these places are not open on weekends as they cater to the people who work downtown. Overall, the experience at the hotel was very good, but if you want to be closer to where the action is, there are more places in the city."
