We had a bit of a miscommunication with staff about getting our room serviced (they came once during our 4 night stay, even when we explicitly asked them to), but they were quick to at least change our towels. "The staff were always available and helpful and kind when needed. The pool was amazing for doing laps and warm! Breakfast variety and quality was excellent. Use the Concierge in the lobby for finding things to do in the area. They seemed a little more resourceful. The Kitchen Pallet on W Hastings was also incredibles food and service! Short walk The seaplane flight tour of the mountain coastline was worth it too!"
