"The hot springs were excellent. Getting down to the river to experience the hot river water was another story. We could not find a clearly easy way to the river without hopping over large dangerous river rocks so we had to forego that. Staff was little help with that problem. So we were disappointed ..."

"There was no running utilities at all. There was no microwave to run any kind of food, but basically there was no running water at all. And they kept giving excuses. They also won’t answer the phone when you called a request refund."
