"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. "Perfect location both for staying in Montecatini, as well as lolacation for goint out seeing attractions in the region. Most interesting cities within an hour from hotel. Super nice staff, great breakfast, and hotel well maintained."

"Hidden gem in the side of Toscana, lovely staff and amazing food! 10/10 when it comes to that, however, the thing that draws in down from 5/5 stars from me is that there was no AC in the room, which is a must in July when the temperature is 35-39 degrees"

"This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and what a gem it really is. Perfectly located within the walls - pretty much in the centre of everything. Rooms are clean / modern / upmarket functional. Nothing else needed as far as bedroom is concerned. Breakfast also is excellent- simple food at its best Italian style. No swimming pools here but just a really good place to stay. Staff also were super helpful- big thanks."
