"I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner, what I also really like was the star was available for us no matter what time it is, would definitely visit again with my family "

"Really good location in the middle of the strip a short walk to the beach. Although it's so close to the nightlife, it was so quiet in the hotel at night.
The hotel has such a chilled relaxing vibe to it. Restaurant had lots of breakfast options, some items better then others and the food not always hot if you got there late like we did.
I would 100% stay here again. "

"One of our most amazing family vacations we have had. Great staff, welcoming and professional. Spectacular setting, amazing private beach, fantastic facilities, truly relaxing and unique off the beaten track luxury. The food was on top level of Spanish cuisine experience. "I was here for one week and this hotel is the most luxurious and best situated for adults. The property sits directly on Fenals beach. The views from the ocean side rooms are unbelievable. They property to closed to non- guests. It is very peaceful and quiet. Far from the teenaged crazy loud nightlife. The breakfast is fresh w a good variety. Served til 10:30. The restaurant is a bit over- priced … but w through view and the ambience ….. it’s a good value. The staff is very professional. They protect their ice like it’s gold. Lol. They insist no outside foods or drinks are brought into the property. So I suppose withholding ice helps enforce that. I had a looked at several hotels in this area - now that I’m here it is VERY obvious I made the best choice. Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book. It is not new - it has personality and is updates w modern touches. It’s very clean. The bed was perfect. Bathroom small but very comfortable. Definitely a 5 ⭐️"
