"Well organized property. Beautiful pools, amenities, transept& amenities at beach. Rooms dated, tired looking, have not been renovated since in over 20 years (as per sources). Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities. Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting. Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."

"the place was absolutely beautiful, and the views were simply amazing. We had our own restaurant outside our room (a patio table and we got our own wine and snacks and had an awesome view). Highly recommend and central to everything."

"Beautiful peaceful spot with the most helpful, friendly staff. The property is bright and beautiful and can be a place to relax all day by the gorgeous pool, or explore the local villages and countryside. Matera is a 50 minute drive. Food here was great - all local produce cooked perfectly. We will be back!"

"The staff was very helpful and attentive . The parking lot and taxi arrangements were spot on . Trust the process if you have a rental car . The spa was very relaxing and extremely clean . Samir is awesome and everywhere . He is alot stronger than he looks as he managed our large luggage up and down the steps . So are the desk managers . This hotel was an excellent location ."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was super nice, very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Staying in a cave room was a unique and really cool experience. The only downsides were that the bed caved in alot, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, and the room was humid — though that’s expected in a cave environment. Overall, it was a memorable stay with just a couple of comfort issues."
