"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. "Bedroom was tired along with bathroom. The shower head didn’t work well and the shower holder was broken. Some kind of leak into my bedroom from bathroom through wall. Shower drain was blocked and started to flood when I pull it out it was very unclean. Bath towels had seen better day. Overall it was ok. But for the brand not what I’d expect."

"At 9am while our family was sleeping they knocked on our door like 5 times then after they did it again this was because they said we are cleaning get out to add more when we came back at 10:20 the gate was open but when we went to reception the door was closed we were waiting for 15minutes for the reception door to be open at night so we had to call the person he didn’t understand us.plus there English was so bad except for 1 person."

"The location of the property is the top notch, overlooking the Rome in distance. The morning and night views were simply gorgeous. The property itslef is grande but not well maintained in some specific areas. Overall, I was glad that I found this property as an option outside yet not far away from Rome and will recommend it to my friends but will set their expectation right as well. "
