"Clean room for the most part the staff were accommodating but a couple were not so much. We would still stay there again."

"Stayed her for one night before my cruise out of Civitecchia. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. Place has NOT been updated since 1947 ( just guessing ). HAd a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator,m opened the window for fresh air, all kinds of bugs came in. Place is out of the way, and need to get a taxi to anywhere, which wasn't cheap. Manager made a 930 and shuttle reservation for the next day, then had no concept of any reservation that he made for us"

"Hotel convenient to the port for cruises. Marginal room with no air conditioning and a broken down extended patio with broken furniture and a missing table. Decent breakfast included in our rate. Handrail on the stairs is not actually attached to the wall anymore and multiple broken pieces of the floor, stairs, and entryway."

"The room description said deluxe but it definitely was not. Pictures are a little misleading so make sure to read what your room amenities are. The room was small with very little amenities other than fridge and a coffee maker that was outside the room with only two Pods of coffee a day. We arrived early and messaged the property but response was slow. They had plenty of parking available but was not included in the room price which was already expensive."
