"easy access to pool and they had vending machines selling various things. i was happy there was one machine selling feminine products which i needed it at a very last minute. place is quiet and peaceful. room needs more mirror so when getting ready easy for us to look at ourself. long mirrors or big mirror in the room itself will be helpful "

"This is our second stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, nearby to town and also not too far away from Batu Ferringhi area. Although the hotel is a bit old, the staff truly make the difference. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with ample items upon request as they knew we do not require any housekeeping service during our stay. Concierge staff Badrol truly caught our attention, as he always smile at us and other guests. We could tell that he really take pride in his work and is a true epitome of what good service is about. Do extend our sincere appreciation to him. Looking forward to our next stay soon, thank you!"
