"The young woman who ran the desk was great. Really helpful. HOWEVER the check-in is self service and the email I received was in German. I don’t read German while we were attempting to get in the hotel 2 other couples came up with the same problem. Happily the young lady came to work early and got things settle

"The staff were friendly and happy to allow us to leave our bags when we arrived early.
Very comfortable and spacious junior suite with a view to the Eagle's Nest on a clear day.
The Indoor Pool was really nice with towels and changing facilities provided.
It was no problem for us, but be aware that whilst the Expedia entry says there is a lift in the building, that is only reached after a dozen or so stairs up to reception and then the same again with quite a distance to walk to the lift on the 1st floor.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good variety."
