observaciones a considerar

Alojamos en la calma de Pirque y nos percatamos qué hay mucha entrega de agua o bebidas en envases de plásticos y cero lugares donde reciclar o separar la basura. En el desayuno que venía incluido y que nos entregaron en la habitación, nos dieron té y café de muy mala calidad (teniendo ellos café de Grano) la verdad es que uno espera que se mantenga la calidad de lo que uno consume en casa o que sea superior. Sobre el espacio, muy deteriorada la piscina, todo muy desordenado, en la mañana vimos cómo estaban los platos de almuerzos y cenas del día anterior, yo creo qué hay que poner más esfuerzo en dar una imagen amigable y consciente. El personal muy amoroso, de verdad fue un gusto la atención y creo que es el punto vital de este espacio.

Property was not as pictured online. I found it dirty and unclean. I room was clean. The bed was so hard with very old sheets and blankets, they didn’t look clean. Space was awful dirty dead bugs and cigarette ash had not been cleaned up. Curtains were so old. The bathroom window was not sealed - bugs flying in and out even if you shut the window. Bathroom was not heated. Bath mat was super muddy and dirty. Glass on table had sharp unsafe edges like it had been broken before. Furniture was super old and dirty. Furniture look unsafe and uncomfortable. No sidewalks on property. Overgrown grass area that have dips in it and gravel. Very unsafe for older people. Do not recommend for seniors or elderly people. Was an awful place and was seriously unhappy that the pictures online were taken about 2 decades ago.

Delightful Stay in Wine Country

This place is a very relaxing alternative to staying in Santiago as it is out in the more rural wine country surrounding the city. You would probably need your own car to make it easy. It is fun because of the antiques and very unique rooms, as well as the grounds which allow for kicking back on a hammock or lounging by the little pool. Not a lot of English spoken here but enough to work out what you need. The food was local (typical) and very good. We wanted to do a hike and they suggested the nearby national park but when we drove there, we found it was closed on Mondays, something we thought they should have known before sending us there. They made up for it though by letting us do a late check out free of charge. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

We had a very nice stay at Calma! Beautiful cabin inside a wine barrel! Complete new experience and very well decorated room. The personnel was brilliant and very attending. They make the best mojito's!! Perfect peaceful spot before flying out of the country!

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit. La chambre est en forme de tonneau de vin ce qui donne tout le charme à cet hôtel. La baignoire est minuscule et l'eau chaude capricieuse. Pas d'internet dans la chambre. Le coin est en pleine campagne et donc très calme. Nous avons dîner au restaurant ou la cuisine est bonne. Les installations extérieures sont vieillissantes. Le petit déjeuner est correcte.

El Hotel está excelente. La atención fue excelente, perooo.... ... Tienen un grave problema con las moscas. Recomiendo una sanitización, incluyendo ojalá algún método pasivo para eliminar las moscas. Existen herramientas que enchufadas resuelven el problema. En todo lo demás, el Hotel es excelente para una escapada romántica de fin de semana, también para ir con los niños, para una ceremonia privada, etc. El Hotel es excelente, pero el tema de las moscas DEBE ser solucionado a la brevedad.

Phenomenal escape from Santiago's noise and dust

Phenomenal place, quiet, a great escape from the Santiago noise. It can be hard to get to Pirque but once you are there, you will not regret it. The food is delicious, everything really, the owner and people there are really caring. An oasis.

Lo mejor fue la comida realmente exquisita, con dedicación, precios adecuados en restaurante, la amabilidad de los dueños y el personal que nos atendió de manera muy cercana estando preocupados por ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos (confirmar tour a viñas, mapas, etc) A mejorar: por el valor de la habitación (que es pequeña y con una terraza privada que podría sacarse mejor provecho) hubiese esperado que el hot tub estuviese incluido y te lo ofrecieran como posibilidad al llegar (lo vimos después, demoraba 5 hrs en calentarse y cobraban 25.000 extra). De todos modos volveríamos pues dueños fueron amables, comidas ricas, lugar tranquilo y tomar desayuno al lado de la piscina es bonito. Gracias!
