Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift).
Outdated rooms.
Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and
breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)"
