"This is our fourth day and the new staff was wonderful both girls very sweet sisters the breakfast was wonderful the help was wonderful very clean. My only complaint is that Expedia put the wrong dates for this swimming pool that's the whole reason why we chose to go to the B&B was they have a pool and it's pretty private which is comfortable for me due to the fact that I have help issues and would not want to be in the pool with a lot of people so this is the smaller B&B there is only three other couples there which came two days after we had been there so still very private but Expedia put the wrong date and so the pool is already closed for the season. So very disappointed on that also the B&B sends text messages in emails to me with coupons and every time I tried to go into the coupons it just sends me straight to Expedia and I can't use the coupons so I got screwed out of 15% off and free rental for paddle boards and kayaks. So there was a few disappointments but not on there and it was on expedious end they put the wrong information in and also would not let me use the coupons that were sent to me. So the B&B itself was wonderful disappointing that Expedia got things wrong on their end."

"How nice the young lady was at the check-in desk, and the staff in the restaurants were great! The woman at the cashiers desk was not polite at all she kept a very straight face very serious did say good luck but that was it not friendly at all that was a Native American woman now The Other Woman she was very friendly in outgoing but the other woman didn't seem to be very happy so maybe somebody can let that woman I don't know her name all I know she was a Native American very pretty just not friendly no smile she put a smile on her face and actually conversate with the people a little better that's my only complaint everyone and everything else is great we enjoyed ourselves immensely and on top of that my husband is very lucky it ended up paying for our week vacation so thank you Robinson Rancheria Casino"

"This is truly a "Hidden Gem". My wife and I booked this for a long-weekend getaway not too far from our home in the SF East Bay. The website looked promising and it had been a long time since either of us had been to the Clearlake area so it was somewhat of a "shot-in-the-dark". To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The Hotel is immaculate, the grounds are well maintained, the service was prompt, efficient and friendly and the weekend breakfast was delicious. It is perfect for a place to simply get away and relax. It is right next door to the Blue Wings Saloon (and restaurant) where we ate 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. The live musicians on the weekend were great and the outdoor patio setting (mid-September) was warm and very pleasant. And if you're looking for a little more action - the Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is about a mile away (which was also well maintained, low key and fun). Well worth the trip"

"Checked in late , 2100 hours. Once in the room, one bed looked as though it had been slept in. It was unmade with all pillows stacked on it. Trash can was full. Towels hung over shower door. Called the answering service since the office was closed. The manager’s wife talked to me. The manager came by to “verify” that the room has not been serviced. The two of them offered an upgrade to a room with 2 kings and a view of the lake. This room was clean. I also got a later check out time by 2 hours. It was a hassle though."
