The staff was nice when you walked into the room the surface look really nice, but the sheets had stained dirt on them. Overall nice place. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need and places to sight see and experience Chicago. My only complaint was the occasional sewer smell. I would book again if I traveled back to Chicago.
