"It was the worst experience being woken up by the sound of a jack hammer outside your window at 8am. To be told that the maintenance manager is not prepared to stop the contractor because they are being paid for the full day. My question was dis we not pay for our room as well? This sort of attitude should not be tolerated in a service delivery business and your customers comfort needs to be top priority. They should've contacted each guest in advance to inform that they will have construction...

"If you are looking for a "motel" one night stay type thing this could be alright. The area isn't great, but security is good. I thought the actual room was pretty nice, although there were one or two stains lying around, I liked the bathroom. My highlight was definitely the friendliness of the staff, and the thing I disliked the most was the difficulty I had sleeping as a result of the noisy hotel guests. "

"We had a great stay, location perfect, walking distance to beach and shops. We enjoyed the small dishwasher in the Amanda Unit. I would recommend an update on the TV channels, always great to watch something before going to bed in the evening. Unit gets extremely hot in the afternoons. This is only small thing, we really had a great stay and would definatly recommend to others."
