Ilocos Urban Wave Resort Hotel

"Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise clean and decor was very beautiful in our villa💗Air conditioning was nice- very comfortable stay! So worth the procand we were all very happy and had a wonderful family gathering. Will come back again!"

"The hotel offered private transfer which was super helpful and was on time. The staff were lovely and very attentive throughout our stay. The facilities at the hotel were great, we used the infinity pool, tennis courts and restaurant. Also used their laundry service which was convenient. Breakfast included. The staff were also helpful with questions we had about the area. The room was nice and they made our room daily. Would recommend."

"The property is great if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. It’s a small property but really nicely updated with modern amenities but still keeps the local charm. On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport."
