"The worst hotel i have ever stayed. The lady at reception was rude. I specifically ask for the room on first level as i have a toddler with me. But i was given a room at 3rd floor and when asked she was like first come first serve. The checkin time is 4pm i checked in at 4:01pm. The couch in the room was all sunk in and hard to to sit. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the bottle. The breakfast was terrible and everything was cold. I have to check out within 24 hours instead of 3 days planned. The receptionist didnt care when i told her about all this. When i asked about refund she just didnt care as i booked the room with Expedia. "

"I was very pleased with the staff and the overall hotel stay. The pool was perfect temp, the hot tub was great. The entire family had a great time. Thank you!"

"Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. "

"The staff was nice and patient. I asked for extra towels and they offered to deliver. We then had a tv that didn't work and the front desk woman checked the tv in another room for us before assisting us with moving. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and plenty of room to sit comfortably. "
