"The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the rooms were definitely outdated and could use a makeover. I love that we were on the Riverwalk so close to some of the dining options and the water taxi was available I take us to other areas. He shuttle was also convenient but they should consider making to available to take guest beyond a two mile radius and offer a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. "

"There were two pools and splash pad for children, nice loungers and umbrellas with a bar with food. easy beach access you have to pay for your umbrella and loungers on the beach, which was $56 a day. We stayed for seven days and that was ridiculously high so we spent most of the time at the pool and walked up from the beach. Rooms are a little outdated with Matt had a black ring around it, and the floors were not mopped. Our feet were filthy. you must wear shoes in the room and in the shower."

"First time staying there for 7 days. In the middle of everything to do. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our needs. I've read some of the complaints about sand in the elevator rugs.... It's a Beach !!! The key cards took alittle to get used to and would deactivate around cellphones or other electrical devices. Once you know to keep them separate, they work just fine. Our view was great being on the 9th floor. We were even right under Jimmy's Crows Nest and with the loud music, it wasn't much of a bother, but that could be just us tho. We will be returning in the near future."
